Refund policy
Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:
- Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
- No returns on marked down or discounted items. All on-sale purchases are final.
- Please email info@ellensburgrodeo.com with the following information to process your return:
- First and Last Name the order was placed under
- Order Number
- Reason for Return

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
- If you wish to return a gift you received, please contact us to determine the process to be taken.
- It is at the discretion of the Ellensburg Rodeo to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
